This office does not accept insurance. However, many of our clients use their PPO out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for their sessions. Our office will provide you with an itemized invoice after each session that you can then submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The invoice will contain all the appropriate insurance codes and detailed information most carriers require.
Should you wish to use your insurance plan, it is recommended that you check with your PPO carrier to determine what your “out-of-network provider ” benefits are and plan accordingly. Reimbursement is usually NOT available for HMO insurance policyholders.
Health savings accounts (HSAs). Many of our clients also use their HSA debit cards to pay for services. Again, we provide the invoices with all the appropriate codes and detailed information most plan administrators require.
