Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ginny Estupinian is straightforward.
New and returning clients can book directly online using the secure scheduling portal linked below, or call the office at 844-802-6512 to speak with a staff member who will help find a time that works. Dr. Estupinian offers both in-person sessions at her Los Gatos office (987 University Ave #20, Los Gatos, CA 95032) and telehealth appointments available to clients in California, Oregon, Illinois, and Florida. Sessions are 50 minutes and priced at $300. The practice is private-pay only; major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts are accepted. The office does not accept insurance, though out-of-network reimbursement may be available through your provider.
Dr. Estupinian offers secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients who prefer to meet from home, work, or anywhere with a private internet connection. Online therapy is available to adults in California, Oregon, Illinois, and Florida — with the same doctoral-level, evidence-based care provided in the Los Gatos office.
Scheduling an online appointment follows the same process as in-person visits use the booking portal above or call 844-802-6512. Sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform. No special software or app download is required; a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera is all you need.
Online therapy is a practical choice if you have a demanding work schedule, prefer the comfort of your own space, travel frequently, or live outside the immediate Los Gatos area. Many Silicon Valley professionals and executives find telehealth easier to fit around high-pressure calendars without sacrificing the quality of care.
Telehealth sessions are 50 minutes and priced at $300, identical to in-person sessions. The practice is private pay; major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts are accepted.
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Pacific Time) Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Not sure whether telehealth or in-person is the better fit for your situation? Call 844-802-6512 and one of my staff members will walk you through both options.
Ginny Estupinian PhD, ABPP
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, a major life transition, or something harder to name, Dr. Estupinian works with you one-on-one to understand what's driving your experience and build a clear path forward. Sessions are tailored to your specific goals — practical, evidence-based, and grounded in genuine clinical expertise.

Dr. Estupinian offers a range of advanced, evidence-based treatment options beyond traditional talk therapy — including neurofeedback, virtual reality therapy, neuropsychological assessments, and dedicated support programs for executives, physicians, and college students. If your needs call for something more targeted, this is where to start.

Dr. Estupinian brings more than a decade of specialized geriatric experience — including ten years at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center's geriatric clinic — to the care of older adults and their families. Services include therapy for older adults, geriatric neuropsychological assessments, and dedicated caregiver support for family members navigating the demands of caring for an aging loved one.

Leading a company or carrying executive-level responsibility comes with a distinct set of pressures that standard therapy rarely addresses directly. Dr. Estupinian works with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating high-stakes decision-making, burnout, leadership transitions, and the psychological weight of running an organization — providing the kind of confidential, doctoral-level support that performs at the same level you're expected to.

When something unexpected upends your life such as, a sudden loss, a relationship fracture, a professional crisis, Dr. Estupinian provides immediate, focused support to help you stabilize, make sense of what's happening, and find a way forward. You don't need to have it together before you call.

If you or someone you care for is struggling with memory, attention, cognitive changes, or a suspected condition like ADHD, a neuropsychological assessment with Dr. Estupinian provides the clarity that generalized evaluations often can't. Using validated, doctoral-level testing, she delivers a comprehensive picture of cognitive strengths and challenges along with a detailed report and concrete recommendations for next steps.

You are always welcome to call our office with any specific questions.
Due to individual differences, there is no specific time period. However, at the first session, I will provide a treatment plan, and we will discuss the various avenues available to you so that you can make an informed decision.
Therapy with Dr. Estupinian is tailored to your specific needs and goals, so no two experiences are exactly alike. Sessions typically involve discussing what’s currently going on in your life, exploring relevant personal history, and reflecting on progress or insights from previous sessions. Depending on your goals, therapy may be short-term and focused on a specific issue, or longer-term to address deeper patterns and support ongoing personal growth.
Therapy works best when you actively engage between sessions as well as during them. I’ll suggest activities outside of our appointments such as, journaling, reading, or taking concrete steps toward your goals because applying what you learn in session to everyday life is where lasting change happens. Most clients start with regular weekly sessions and gradually taper off as they build confidence and skills, eventually graduating from therapy when their goals are met.
Everyone responds to therapy differently. Some feel relief right away simply by sharing their struggles and taking that first step toward better mental health.
From the first session, I’ll immediately provide support and practical tools to help ease anxiety and stress.
Therapy gives you a structured, private space to understand what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to build the skills to change the ones that aren’t working for you.
Working with Dr. Estupinian, you’ll develop practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions; gain clarity on patterns that may be affecting your relationships, performance, or well-being; and work through specific challenges with the support of a doctoral-level clinician who brings both evidence-based methods and genuine clinical experience to every session.
The results depend on your goals and how actively you engage in the process. Most clients find that consistent therapy produces meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Yes. Everything discussed in your sessions with Dr. Estupinian is protected under California and federal confidentiality law. Nothing is shared without your prior written permission.
There are a small number of legal exceptions where disclosure is required: suspected child or elder abuse, a credible threat of serious harm to another person, active plans for self-harm, or a court order. If you submit receipts to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, your insurer may also request limited treatment information as a condition of reimbursement.
These exceptions are narrow and uncommon. For the vast majority of clients, everything shared in session remains completely private.
Dr. Estupinian charges $300 for a 50-minute session. Sessions are scheduled on the hour; half-hour or shortened sessions are not offered. Payment is due at the time of service.
The practice accepts all major credit cards as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. Therapy is an HSA/FSA-eligible expense, making it possible to pay with pre-tax dollars.
No. The practice is strictly private pay and does not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits.
To find out what your plan covers, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
Upon request, the office can provide a superbill an itemized receipt with the necessary billing codes that you can submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration.
Not at this time. Due to the current demand for services, Dr. Estupinian is unable to offer reduced-fee appointments. If cost is a concern, it is worth checking your out-of-network insurance benefits — some clients recover a meaningful portion of the session fee through reimbursement. Call the office at 844-802-6512 and a staff member can walk you through what to ask your insurance carrier.
You can book directly through the secure online scheduling portal (linked above) and choose any available date and time. If you prefer to speak with someone first, call 844-802-6512 — a staff member will answer (no voicemail). Both in-person sessions in Los Gatos and telehealth sessions are available through the same portal.
